CSnet was founded in 2011 by Mandy Doon and Tim Gleeson, who believed that technology should strengthen practice, not sit alongside it.
Working closely with community service organisations, they saw the need for a platform that could embed practice frameworks into everyday service delivery and connect that work to meaningful outcomes.
CSnet was developed to bridge that gap.
